So I have an overuse injury from a month ago, and there is a bump on top of my ankle to the top of my foot, and a round lump on the right side of the foot that is squishy and round, Im concerned, and when I run it hurts, and a little bump on the top?
My daughter thought she had a splinter in her foot. I cannot find anything to remove but there is a hard area and when I pressed it some clear liquid came out. There is redness running up the side of her foot, past her ankle.
