Wouldn't help: Ultrasounds can detect only a very few, specific diseases in the abdomen. These include appendicitis, ovarian torsion or cysts, kidney infection or stones, gallbladder disease, some liver diseases, and some intra-abdominal abscesses. Unfortunately, this list (although not inclusive) does not include any process in the left upper quadrant. I recommend a physician consultation.
