Unlikely: with multiple repeated negative pregnancy tests, its not likely that you are pregnant. You can redo the test in 1 week and if its still negative, you can be reassured that you are not pregnant The pain could be due to ovarian cysts or ovulation related pain. see GYN if pain persists.
