Dairy with lactase!: People can boy a milk called lactaid, which has the enzyme to break down lactose. Hood brand milk has much reduced lactose, usually 3g per 8oz serving.

Depends: If your problem is simple intolerance from lack of the digestive enzyme, you can take the enzyme as a supplement or consume products with the enzyme added (Lactaid milk). If you have self labeled and are intolerant because you have a true bovine milk allergy, you must avoid it. Find similar products made from other sources, like goat cheese, almond milk, etc.
