Vertigo, DM: Unfocused vision, feeling imbalanced can be due to (in order of most common): dehydration, infection (virus: though usually have fever) diabetes, other endocrine or autoimmune condition, medication side effects, vertigo, tumor. See your md to be sure there your blood counts are normal and review med side effects with you.
