Tired and nauseous: Could be some type of viral infection, like the flu. But...Could you be pregnant? Are you sexually active? Any kind of vaginal discharge? Any fever? Less likely, but could be appendix. Probably not a bad idea to be checked out at the local urgent care center or er to be certain.
