Can you still ovulate with pcos and irregular periods?

Yes: It is possible to have ovulation, it is just sporadic. If you want to do BBT grafting you can see if ovulation is occurring.

Still possible: Irregular periods are caused when your body's signals for ovulation and menstruation get confused by hormonal imbalances that can be related to your thyroid (TSH), pituitary (LH/FSH/prolactin), ovaries (estrogen/progesterone). Many external factors can affect the hormones: malnutrition, stress, obesity, for example. Diet and exercise can get ovulation back on track. See a GYN though.
