I have been trying to have a baby i started bleeding 3 days ago but it stopped after one day then i started spotting is this cause for worry or normal?

Could be normal: If this was at a normal time for you to have your period, don't worry. If this was at some other time, a pregnancy test is in order. Also, stress can cause an ovulation, which could cause abnormal bleeding.
