I have a mole at back, that is 3-5 mm in height, today i scratched it and little amount of blood came out of it. is it dangerous?

ABCD : Any mole that has been there for years and has not changed in appearance and color. You don't have to worry about it. But if you notice a change in a appearance, color, bleeding, diameter.. Since in your case, the bleeding was because you scratched it , i would not worry about it.
