Can i wear high heels 3 weeks after giving birth vaginally?

In general: I don't recommend anything above 2-2.5 inches whether delivering or not. It's not a healthy position for a foot to be in, it changes your center of gravity, it puts too much pressure on your knees.

Yes but: You need to build up to them slowly and if you still have swelling then they may be to tight and cause pain and future problems. Elevation and compression with ace bandage will help with selling.
