Seek Evaluation: R side abdominal pain in female could be ovary relation, but also appendicitis, or kidney stones. Appendicitis needs immediate attention.

Poss adhesions: If the ovary ruptured and was removed, you may have adhesions on that side that could cause pain. US or MRI would not show this. You may need a laparoscopy to determine the cause of the pain.
