Address Chiari: Suggest consultation with neurosurgeon regarding the grade 3 chiari, as this could have a vague relationship, but the nausea suggests this could be inner ear instead. Seek an otolaryngologist to evaluate this part.

Need more info: Headache is most common symptom with chiari. But i would also consult with a vascular specialist to see if you also have a vascular problem to see if that may cause the nausea and dizziness.
