I've had diarrhea w/flu symptoms for 3days. the color had been yellowish-green with egg smell but now it seems to have some brown to it with no smell. help?

Treat conservatively: 1. Diarrhea without fever, suggests self-limiting nn specific gastroenteritis. Cont. Conservative treatment with a brat diet, slowly advancing to regular diet over the next couple of days. If diarrhea recurs, or fever appears, would suggest office visit and examination, with further testing, including stool cultures and chemistries.
