Insoles that give: You some support and flexibility can be helpful. A podiatrist can help you with that or you can find some generic ones in the drug store. Exercise can help circulation in the legs, can be walking, running, etc. Peace and good health.

Protect feet: By protect I am assuming that you mean give your feet support . If you have a job where you may drop something on your feet then a steel toed shoe or boot is in order . An insert called an orthotic is what you seek . To get the device that is right for you see your podiatrist - they don't always have to be custom devices .
