Soap and Water: Perhaps you are misinformed but bacteria and fungus and all sorts of bugs live around you everywhere, not just at the gym you work at. Your skin is a good barrier. Wearing gloves when the dirt is thick or liquid is always wise. But, remember keeping good hygiene. Washing with soap and water routinely through the day is a good health practice to have.
