How to wash/clean the bottom eye lid with baby shampoo ?

Blepharitis: Lids scrubs help with blepharitis, or inflammation of the eyelids. There are many ways to do it, including buying pre-packaged lid scrub wipes. I tell my patients just to put some baby shampoo on their finger tips with some tap water and gently scrub your closed eyelids along the lashes. Then rinse your closed lids with tap water.
