Question about my brain. could my apgars have been low because of forcep delivery?

Doubt it: The forceps were likely used because the doc realized you needed to get out faster. Remaining stuck in the birth canal is significant stress on a baby with some reduction in blood flow from the placenta and increased metabolic demands by their tissues.If they didn't, your scores would likely be worse.
