My mother cooks food with a pressure cooker 99% of the time. is pressure cooking the same as regular cooking? are we losing nutrition by pre. cooking?

Better nutrition: There is some literature that demonstrates pressure cooking leaches and denatures less vitamins that regular boiling. So in this regard, it is better. Despite this, some heat sensitive vitamins may be reduced so it is always good to have some fresh uncooked vegetables in your diet.

It's fine: No she is ok. But I am a fan of raw food and nutrients as well. Our bodies love variety, so a salad or quinoa "pasta" salad every once a while for some ruffage in the colon is good. Insoluble fiber!
