Eat Healthy/Exercise: There are no magic bullets for weight loss. Eating a healthy diet & exercise is key. Breastfeeding moms require 200-500 extra calories a day & must drink adequate fluids. Recommend: a balanced diet that includes 5 or more servings fresh fruits/vegetables, daily exercise (walking, yoga, etc); will help lower BP too. Investing in a bike with child carrier trailer will exercise you & soothe baby.
