Unlikely pregnant: Spotty bleeding this morning means you are unlikely to be pregnant. However, repeating your urine pregnancy test is recommended in 1-2 weeks. Typically at 2 weeks after a missed period the pregnancy hormone is high enough to be detected in a urine test if it is positive. Also it is common to have irregular or lighter periods based on many factors including, stress, diet, sleep, or weight change.
