Cure?: Presumably these numbers were generated by an optometrist. The overall power is rather small and as long as your son seems to be able to function visually, you can probably wait awhile for eyeglasses. As a check on this, consider seeing a pediatric ophthalmologist who can give a more comprehensive examination and is not biased by the ever present and profitable optical shop next door.
