Beware dilution: Your tretinoin comes in a certain concentration. Adding moisturizer will dilute the concentration possibly decreasing the effectiveness. A moisturizer is ok but i would wait at least an hour, possibly till the am.

Yes: I routinely encourage my patients to mix the two, no problem. Apply at night, use sun block during the day, and use birth control, as vit a analogs can cause birth defects.
