Nearly immediately: The retin a (tretinoin) can be applied nearly immediately after cleansing and exfoliation. Typically this is performed at night to allow penetration into the skin. Moisturizer may be applied afterwards but is more commonly applied in the mornings with sunblock/sunscreen.

Make sure : Your skin is completely dry before applying the retin-a. This may take 5-10 minutes after drying with a towel.
