Do i have to tone after using asap aha cleanser then moisturise? i use the cleanser morning and night and apply 0.05% stieva-a cream (tretinoin)

If skin is very oily: Tretinoin can be fairly drying, so i would not recommend a toner unless your skin is very oily after cleansing. It usually works great to cleanse, then apply a small amount of hydrating lotiion. At night, mix a drop of the tretnoin with the lotion if you like. It is easier to spread thinly that way. If your skin is dry, definitely avoid an alcohol based toner.
