Generally no: But if you are taking nsaids for the treatment of costochondritis, they can lead to ulcerations in the GI tract which can cause pain.

Possibly: Costochondritis tends to cause chest wall pain however if it involves the ligaments of the lower ribs there is a chance that you may experience upper abdominal pain as well. Lower abdominal pain is highly unlikely to be due to costochondritis.
