Should get checked: I t could be any of these. Ie starting with sinus congestion leading to headache an post nasal drip causing a sore throat. However it could b a viral infection in which it will run its course and resolve in 7-10 days or a bacterial infection like strep. Best to have it checked a quick swab would rule out strep and the exam can zero in on the other causes.
