Not from what you: Have described. The findings, i presume of pap smear, are not cancer, but do require follow-up care and testing. Please follow your doctor's advice. All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that.

Just abnormal cells: Where is this smear taken from? Was it pap smear? This report does not say cancer, yet it is somewhat abnormal. You need to contact your doctor to explain to you and advise you as to the future follow up and monitoring of this area regularly. We can guide you but you need to give us more details of your medical history.
