VBI perhaps: People with vertebral artery stenosis will often have similar symptoms when they hyperextend or flex their necks. In addition there may be dimming of vision, double vision, slurred speech, and other symptoms. Its due to a reduction in blood flow through the posterior circulation in the brain. Tell your doctor about this. Sometimes exertional basilar migraine can do this due to vasospasm.
