Follow-up: Enlarged inguinal and femoral lymph nodes can be due to many etiologies. Commonly, if you have any cuts or injury to your feet or legs, these node drain those areas and can become enlarged. Enlarged lymph nodes can be a sign of other systemic diseases such as lymphoma and thus your doctor should repeat the us in several weeks to make sure the nodes are resolving. If not, a biopsy may be required.
