No: Topical Hydrocortisone cream is unlikely to have any benefit on a bartholin's cyst. Try warm compresses or baths. If the cyst gets larger or more painful with any signs of infection, go see your gynecologist as it may require antibiotics or incision and drainage.

Bartholin cyst: From a clogged Bartholin's ( mucous) gland. May resolve spontaneously, enlarge or require drainage. Cream will not shrink a Bartholin's cyst. Ask your gyn about drainage.
