Every time i take pain meds i'm a much happier person and i feel normal. i know euphoria is a side effect, but i just feel balanced. what's with that?

Momentary happiness: This temporary happiness does not last and it exposes you to tendency to increase the dose of the pain medicine because it looses its degree of effectiveness as you continue to use it leading to addiction and many mood complications. You should only use it for a very severe untolerable pain to avoid loosing its benefit.
