Need a check up: If you are in overall good health you may get by waiting this long but you have no idea if you are developing silent medical problems ( highblood pressure, type ii diabetes) you will need at least your BP evaluated, blood count checking for anemia, electrolytes with glucose, cholesterol study with liver function, renal function, a prostate exam and your first colonoscopy.
