Do i need to wear a facial covering at home if i am having a low grade fever with no other symptoms? the doctor i had a video visit with had mentioned to hydrate and self monitor symptoms for possible mild dehydration.

Depends, mostly no: If you are going to be isolating at home and not interacting with anyone, it’s fine not to wear a face covering. This is avoid spreading air droplets from you onto others/surfaces. Cleaning surfaces around the house will help as well in general. Unless, you live with someone who is at risk of infection esp from resp diseases (I.e. covid-19/flu) then, yes, you need wear a mask/self isolate.
