Uncertain: Sometimes an ovarian cyst will cause your cycle to be off due to anovulation and hormone imbalance. Usually this self corrects be patient for one or two cycles and get another ultrasound.

Probably not: Unless you ovulated vert late in your last cycle, you are probably not pregnant. On occasion an ovarian cyst and delayed menses can be associated. I it difficult to say when you will ovulate. On a regular 28-29 day cycle it would be about 14-15 days after your period begins.
