i have been having shortness of breath, off and on shoulder pain, chest pain, and neck pain. i have seen my pcp. what do you suggest is my next step?

Pulmonary testing: Ask your physician for pulmonary function trsting ( pft) and a chest xray. I would also recommend blood testing for infection and inflammation. If pain and shortness of breath persisits you may need a nuclear lung scan.
