HDSA: The huntington disease society of america has an excellent website to help you find their local chapter and other support. They also have an annual conference that is open to the public. You can also try to find hospitals nearby (usually academic medical centers) that have been deemed a huntington disease center of excellence. Those hospitals are well connected to support resources.
