This is a well-known: Effect of lithium. Your doctor should be able to tell you this. Here is one of many scientific papers that describe this lithium effect: http://www.Ncbi.Nlm.Nih.Gov/pmc/articles/pmc2571901 also, in most cases, there is no reason to stop lithium because of high WBC count.
