Good pressure: Seems like your blood pressure medication is working fine. If you are feeling very fatigued from having normal blood pressure. Contact your doctor to adjust it. Sounds like you're making progress!

Good healthy values: Highly desirable: sbp <120, dbp <80. Since 2003, 120/80 considered pre-hypertensive based on 2 decades of human trials. Keep in mind each number from just a single heart beat ; different beats. Hg gauge ; your sensation ;/or stethoscope most accurate; digital gauges least accurate (actually just guess; called oscillometric method). For meds, acei have best track record, arbs next best in trials.
