Vegetarians can: Be drawn to empty calories, e.g., carbs. Try to graze, eat small amounts throughout the day. Include protein such as nuts, eggs, and a little cheese. (hard boiled eggs are convenient to take w/you.) peace and good health from a fellow vegetarian.

I think wrong: orientation. It isn't finding the right stuff, it's avoiding the wrong. basis of a humor book (needs a humorous perspective). https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1775472781/devils-diet frankly, nearly every recipe in it is vegetarian. eat less, exercise more, find triggers/cues and find ways of dealing with them.
