Crohn's and menses: If your Crohn's has been flaring up a lot it could stress your system and lead to missed periods. In addition, if you are taking any medications for the Crohn's, these could also affect your cycle. Of course, it is possible that you could be pregnant also. Check a home test and also check with your personal physician as well.
