I started amisulpride anti psychotic 3 weeks ago. it has caused lactation and my periods to stop. is this permanent or will it stop if i come off them?

Common: It has increased your prolactin level. A common side effect of first generation anti-psychotic medications. These will stop with stopping of medication.

Hyperprolactinaemia: Agree with earlier response. Treatment of hyperprolactinaemia should restore periods and stop lactation. This can be done by stopping medication or through other methods.
