Staph aureus...: ...Is a common skin bug which lives on many body surfaces, especially in the nose. Infections are usually transmitted by touching broken skin with soiled hands. With proper handwashing, you should be able to avoid this.

Vaginal infection: You can kiss your son, but make sure you wash your hands with soap and water when handling him.
