A member asked:

What causes breech and malpresentation of baby in the womb, while having fibroadenomas on the breast?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Breech: Breast fibroid enigmas having nothing to do with your baby's position. Most breech or malpositioned babies are there just by chance. Occasionally an abnormal shape of the inside of the uterus will make breech more common. Also, fibroid tumors in the uterus can alter the shape of the uterine cavity making breech/malpositioned more likely. About 3% of babies will be breech at delivery.
