No: Nabothian cysts are simply mucus filled glands on the cervix. They don't cause pain and rarely get infected. They are essentially a normal finding. Best wishes!

No symptoms: This would be the first time to hear that Nabothian cysts cause symptoms. A gynecologic exam would tell, whether something else is mistaken with a Nabothian cyst.
