Yeast infection: This could represent yeast infection which is common in uncircumscribed men. Bacteria linfections are less common in this area. Clean area with dilute vinegar1 teaspoon to 8 ounces of water and use micatin (miconazole) or lotrimin cream 2-3 times a day. If not clearing see doctor for possible oral medications and culture.
