Diabetes : Diabetes affects the small blood vessels of the body and cause them to narrow or become blocked. Smoking diminishes the blood flow, oxygen supply and worsens the effects of the diabetes. The symptoms you describe may the beginning of peripheral neuropathy. See a neurologist for evaluation and stop smoking asap.
