No: No, the uterus is still quite small to until about 10-12 weeks. It can even be hard to feel then. With clothes on, most women won't look pregnant until about 20-26 weeks - it varies.

No: It would be abnormal to feel anything at all on abdominal exam until around 12 weeks.
