I've been feeling nauseous lately i've thrown up twice early in the morning i've took a test came that back neg and had an ultrasound on abdomen for other problems am i pregnant ? is there any way? the ultrasound was mainly to see why i've been constant

Need more info: have you been sexually active? Have you missed your period? How long of you been throwing up in the morning? Have you been moving your bowels normally or a babe in loose and frequent? Has your appetite been normal? Have you run any temperature?
