Hopefully nothing: Leakage around the condom or rupture of the condom may well result in the person who is not infected becoming so. During acute outbreaks the lesions are often uncomfortable enough to preclude much sexual activity, but if not, condoms will generally minimize the risk. Nonetheless it would be preferable to wait until these lesions have healed over.
