Limited: For some people, oral B12 is adequate, however for people with pernicious anemia or other significant B12 deficiency is usually not sufficient.

Depends : If you can absorb B12 oral intake is okay. If you cannot absorb B12 due to pernicious anemia gastric or I leal lesions, then you need to take B12 injections. You may discuss taking sublingual B12 with your doctor. Wish you good health.
